What becomes simpler

  • Without the card

You explain your allergies with gestures and a translation app.

    With the card

You show the card — the person next to you scans the QR code and reads a profile written in their language.

  • Without the card

Important things are scattered: photos of prescriptions, notes, and some only in your head.

    With the card

What matters is in one profile, easy to read.

  • Without the card

Only you and your phone know the number of someone close to you.

    With the card

The name and number of someone close to you are printed on the card.

  • Without the card

Yet another app, account and password to remember.

    With the card

An ordinary card in your wallet, and any phone opens the profile.

How it works — four steps

  1. Fill it in once

On your own computer, in a template. Blood type, allergies, medication, a contact for your family — only what you decide.

A person typing on a laptop, screen turned to the side
  2. Your data stays with you

You save the file in your own cloud. NEARYA does not store your data — that is a principle, not a promise.

  3. The card in your wallet

The QR code opens your profile in the language you chose. Works on any phone, no apps.

What the person helping you sees

Fragment of a sample profile in English: name, date of birth, phone, address and a close person's contact. Sample data
Fragment of a sample profile in English: allergies, chronic conditions and blood type. Sample data

Who this is, whom to call and what really matters: allergies, chronic conditions, blood type, regular medication — legible, in one place, without searching a phone. The sample is in English — this is what a profile in English looks like. Sample data — the person is fictional. The profile opens for whoever scans the QR code on your card.

Profile languages

One profile — you choose its language when you fill it in. The person helping you reads it in their own language.

This is the language of the profile, not of this website. You choose the language of whoever will read it and enter your details in that language.

Who it is for

Explaining it in another language is hard

You fill in the profile behind the QR code in the local language — the person next to you reads it without a translator.

A person planning a trip with a paper map

I’m always on the road

Drivers and anyone who often travels for work. The card sits next to your driving licence — where people naturally look for documents.

A driver at the wheel of a car

Family isn’t always nearby

A card for your child or parents: allergies, medicines and your number — in the profile behind the QR code.

A family walking along the seashore

Fill it in once — done

You fill it in once and the card simply stays in your wallet. You update the profile when something changes; the card only if the printed details change.

Your data stays with you

Your own cloud

You keep the file yourself: Google Drive, Proton, your phone's storage

Questions (FAQ)

What is this card?

NEARYA is an information card with a QR code, the size of a bank card. It holds the essentials: who you are, blood type, allergies, a close person's contact. The QR code opens the full profile on any phone, no apps.

Is this a medical document?

No. You enter the data yourself and nobody verifies it. The card is not medical documentation and does not replace consultation with medical staff.

What happens if I lose the card?

Your full profile is kept in your cloud, not on the card. Close access to the folder — and the QR code on the lost card will no longer open anything (how to do it is in the form instructions). You can order a new card from the partner.

Who sees my data?

Not NEARYA — it has no server and no database. The profile sits in your cloud, and it opens for whoever scans the QR code on your card. You control access: close the folder and the link stops working. The link can be forwarded and opens without signing in. Closing access will not delete copies someone has already saved — so only include what you are willing to show. The partner who makes the card sees only the data needed for printing. Once the card is made, the information needed for printing is deleted.

Can someone from NEARYA ask for my password?

No. NEARYA has no accounts and does not store profiles. The card only needs a link to your folder — your Google, iCloud or Proton password is never needed. If a message or page asks for a password or sign-in on behalf of NEARYA, it is not from us. The official website addresses are nearya.eu and nearya.pl.

In which languages is the profile available?

Currently in Ukrainian and Polish, 23 more languages are in testing. You choose the profile language when you fill it in, and the person helping you reads it in their own language. You simply add a profile in another language to the same folder: earlier ones stay, and the QR code on the card does not change.

Where can I buy the card?

The NEARYA card is sold by a licensed partner. Information about the sales start will appear on this page.
